Learning Disabilities Support — Empowering Adults to Live Full, Independent Lives

Our learning disabilities support service is built on a single belief: every person with a learning disability has the right to live a full, active, and meaningful life. We provide person-centred support for adults with a range of conditions including Down's syndrome, autism spectrum conditions, Prader-Willi syndrome, and other learning disabilities. Our support focuses on what the individual can do — building skills, confidence, and independence — rather than what they cannot. Our trained support workers work alongside individuals to help them manage daily life, engage in the community, build relationships, and pursue their interests and aspirations.
