Proprietor & Registered Manager
Roseline founded Calvary Care with a clear vision — to deliver dignified, compassionate care that truly makes a difference. With years of experience in health and social care, she leads every aspect of the business with warmth and professionalism.
Stephanie
Care Coordinator
Stephanie has been a cornerstone of the Calvary Care team from day one. She manages care schedules, supports clients and families, and ensures every care plan is delivered consistently and with genuine compassion.
David O.
Training & Compliance Manager
David oversees all staff training, DBS checks, and compliance with CQC standards. He ensures every carer is fully qualified, regularly upskilled, and equipped to deliver outstanding, regulation-compliant care.
Maria T.
Senior Care Worker
Maria brings warmth and expertise to every client she supports. With specialist training in dementia and palliative care, she mentors junior carers and acts as a trusted point of contact for families across both our London and Oxford services.
